FS#665 - Supprt "sheet" models like the P310 and P320 series.

I have a P461 now, and it's different enough to be annoying.

Turns out there are three major families, "roll type", "sheet type" and "card type" and the commands aren't all the same.  !%!%#

As of 2023-04-22, the P461 is supported.  The P3xx series probably won't be hard to add in once I can get my hands on one of 'em.

Initial work on the P310 and P320 done, but until I get access to one of them (or even just USB sniffs) that's where things will remain.
