FS#641 - Rewrite README into more structured ocumentation

I'd like to use this as an opportunity to learn ReStructuredText, and the Sphinx documentation system.

How far I take this is another matter..

Another option is to spin up a new wiki or something like that. That could take the place of my "state of dyesub on linux" page too.. It's a lot of work though, and I'm finding it hard to justify without at least some sort of funding.
