FS#635 - Figure out job control / pipelining on D90 & M1
We can tell if the printer is idle or busy, but don't know how to query active jobs, free buffers, and so forth.

Reason for closing: Implemented
Additional comments about closing: Pipelining is now implemented. If printer says it can accept the print, then go ahead and do it.

There's a command that performs a "memory check"; that might suffice. Would need to experiment/play with this first. :)

Also, there's a counter that appears to return the "next" jobid. Might be useful.

I have a theory about one of the fields in the job header. But I need access to a printer to tell if it's right.

Adding M1 series to the list, as it shares the same command language.
