FS#632 - Support Panorama on CP-D90DW family

Printer supports combining two or three 6x8 prints into 6x14 or 6x20 panoramas. Figure out how to do this.

Figured out a bit more about the panorama header. So as of this writing, I should have all the info needed to _print_ an existing panorama job. Not sure what it takes to generate the job itself -- there's 2" overlap between the 8" panels.

Backend bits needed for panorama prints are implemented.  Gutenprint side isn't.

I now have the gutenprint side of things implemented, and a shell script that takes a source panorama and slices into individual panels and fades them in a naive linear manner.

Reworked the approach; now Gutenprint genreates a single large "panel" and the backend has to split it up into smaller 6x8 panels.  This splitting up is now implented, but the blending of overlapping regions is _not_ implented yet!

DNP pano code adapted to the D90. Fixed a _lot_ of bugs along the way, including one in Gutenprint's job generation. Needs to be tested on real hardware, otherwise it's done!

Many more bugfixes later... still no way to test.
