FS#5 - Bulk update improvements
The bulk update functionality is nice, but unfortunately it has a fundamental flaw.
Each field should have a corresponding checkbox that tells the backend to update or ignore that field.
This way we can ensure that only the fields we want are updated.
Also, allow it to work against arbitrary lists, and support albums as first-class citizens.

Added album support to bulk updates.
Still need to add the spooler, and a radio box selection for "folder/album/spooler" thingey.
The UI work is done in -devel now, including the set of checkboxes and the radio box.
The "store this bulk update" is also gone now; it was a lot of complexity (and rigidity) for little real benefit.
Next up is the backend work, so we only update fields that are actually marked for updating.
