FS#3 - Allow user to specify photos-per-page on the fly
Right now it's a preferences-based item. To change, you have to go modify preferences, or for the guest, it's hardcoded.
Why not add a drop-box on the photo list/slides view to let the user specify the number of images per page?

photos-per-page, sort order, and view type are all dynamic and session-based. Much much nicer.
There's now an UI button. Yay!
