I'm not able to enter a purchase date in "cameras" or "lenses"

This should be taken care of in r1568.

The calendar javascript was being included too late.

The calendar is not working in non-english translations.

There was problem with the calendar's DE translation. (src/javascript/jscalender/land/calendar-de.js)

It's fixed now.
