FS#217 - Track clients associated with events.

1) Clients can call up a list of all events which reference them.
2) Each event is bound to a particular client. (or set of...?)
3) "protected" images are only accessible if they're linked via an event (or password)

Additional comments about closing:  r1377 has it finished. client/protected behaves differently now.

Implement (2) in r1368.

(1) is next. Then (3) can be implemented.

(3) is partially implemented; now all folders/albums have an associated datebook event.

r1376 now has the events<->folders/albums linkage fully implemented.

All that's left is the stored procedure code.
