FS#208 - support DICOM images natively (via dcmtk)
ImageMagick can read DCM files, but the results differ compared to the output of the more specialized DCM2PNM tools.
Add support to the import process to use dcm2pnm; if it's not present then use ImageMagick as usual.
Oh, DICOM files are what you'll get from any medical establishment.
