FS#14 - Finish CSS-ifying the user interface
Much of it is complete, but there's still a lot of periphery that still uses table layouts and hardcoded colors.
Finish all of this, so we can start working on new themes that can drastically alter the look of the site.

Half the profile stuff is converted now. 877 instances of "$color[]" remain.
To-do: shopping, clients, events, film, filter, flash, bulk update, cart generation, photo dups, XML generator and converter, , datebook, contacts, labels, manufacturers, photo dupes, rating, versioning, submissions, editing, scanners, subscription, support.
Once this is done, a pass to make everything XHTML compliant....

shop item/categories are now updated. 729 remaining, in these categories:

flash updated. 662 remaining.
Some client stuff updated. 638 remaining, and a massive pile of XHTML validation errors fixed.
Manufacturer and Scanner stuff updated. 555 remaining.
All that's left is the shopping infrastructure.
