FS#105 - support local (==unix socket) database connections
It's a bit faster, for one, but it's also more secure, and often the default database configuration.

Implemented in -devel.
This changes the syntax of the configuration from explicit $db_host, $db_port, $db_name, $db_user, $db_pass to a more freeform "$db_dsn" call. Examples are provided in the default config file.
I'll backport it to -stable once I figure out a sane way of transparently dealing with upgrades.
IT's backported, and there's now compatibility code in place to ensure upgrades should JustWork(tm)
The installer needs updating still.
