FS#90 - Times are lost when editing an image's details.

The 'Exposure date' thing strips the time off of the image when you click submit.

This is bad..

The calendar widget supports a timestamp, but it'll still strip off seconds.

I might want to make it only deal with the date, but add a second UI element for timestamps.

There are other many other places where we want a the calendar widget to only use dates, however.. so this is more complex than at first blush.

kludgy fix committed to stable (r541) and devel (r542)

In hindsight, this shouldn't have happened -- we were already keeping a full-res copy of the timestamp, and if the user didn't modify the truncated copy, we'd just use the old(full) one. But I guess that code was broken, eh?

It all seems to work okay on the demo stite.
