FS#633 - Support Panorama on DS620 and DS820 families

DS620 supports 6x14 and 6x20" prints, and DS820 supports 8x18/8x26 and 8x20/8x32 sizes.

Additional comments about closing:  After literally years of ignoring this, I sat down and made it happen. We now have full support for discrete and continuous panoramas on the DS620 and DS820.

Requires submitting 2 or 3 overlapping images, with the overlaps blended/faded. The specifics to handle this are unknown Will probably need to be implemented as a preprocessing tool that takes in the final-sized images and generates 2-3 output images suitable for submitting.

The printers also support a non-overlapping panel panorama feature -- effectively it's 2-3 2x8" panels that aren't separated.

I now have a shell script that naively splits and fades the individual panels. It's probably _very_ inadequate, but it's a start. Still need to write the backend and frontend code.

I wonder if it might not be better to have the frontend generate a single large print, and have the backend slice it up instead of requiring the frontend to do all this work first.

Have implented this logic on other printers that use packed RGB data, but the DNP models generate planar data instead, so this will be pretty complicated to implement.

DNP's in-house implementation of this feature uses two sets of data tables; the first specifies "weights" for Y/M/C for both sides of the blend, every 30 rows.  Meanwhile, the second specifies a specific ICC file for every 100 rows.

It's unknown what effect the temperature and humidity plays.
