FS#625 - Support and Custom sizes and cuts on EK8810

EK8810 supports arbitrary print sizes (up to media max) and full cutter control. See if it's feasible to export "custom" sizes, asymmetric sizes (eg 8x6+8x4 on 8x10 media), and maybe even allow the cutter to be directly controlled.

Turns out I'd missed the 8x5 and 8x6 sizes. Added. My initial guess on 8x4*2, 8x5*2 don't work; the printer doesn't cut. 8x6*2 and 8x4*3 don't work, with the printer returning INVALID_PARAMS.

EK8810 supports a "cut list" sent over to the printer, with up to 26 entries. Need to work out appropriate cut points, but this allows for not only 8x4/8x5/8x6 cuts but also asymmetric things like 8x8+8x4 or 8x6+8x4..

Cut list figured out. 8x4*2, 8x4*3, 8x6*2, 8x5*2 added.

basic 8x4/8x5/8x6 multicut sizes committed into Gutenprint. Backend updates still need merging (pending other testing). Gutenprint side of custom sizes is easy, but asymmetrical sizes are more challenging due to limitations of existing kodak print spool format.
