FS#113 - camera edit doesn't respect owner

someone can edit a camera they don't own.

Additionally, folder/album deletion wasn't being checked for proper ownership. This has been fixed too.

photo.move and folder.content don't check ownership of the source image(s), source folder/album, or destination folder/album.

...sigh.

photo.move. content.indexer, and folder.content still don't respect ownerships of everything yet. I'll fix this at the end, as it involves more work.
