FS#570 - Iterate through all printer interfaces and altsettings when enumerating. If necessary.
We assume that the first interface/altsetting is what we need. And, for that matter, that the first set of endpoints is what we want.

I believe USB printer class requires first two endpoints to be the ones that matter.
