FS#558 - Support the Kodak 6900 and HiTi M610

The S2245 is the replacement for the S2145. it's main feature is high capacity (900 print) media.

https://www.sinfo-t.jp/eng/printer/chc_s2245.htm

The Kodak 6900 is actually the CHC-S2245-6A

HiTi M610 is also a rebadged S2245

The S2245 (and its siblings) use the identical S6145ImageProcess library first seen on the S6145

Decoded the intermediate windows spool file format, which is similar to other models (same header format, but rearranged) No idea about the details of the actual printer communication, and no further info about actual printer communication. Windows driver includes 'S2245ImageProcess.dll' which implies it needs host-side processing. I really don't want to go through this yet again..

Interesting tidbit -- 'S2245ImageProcess.dll' is bit-for-bit identical to the S6145 DLL. So there's a very good chance that this can bolt onto the existing S6145 backend with minimal effort! I will still need appropriate access to one of these things first..

Added dummy USB PIDs to S6145 backend. As soon as the PIDs are known, there's a good chance the printer will JustWork(tm).

PID is now known. Nothing more to do until we can get tested.

decoded EK6900 print jobs. It uses a 32-byte print command, unlike any others so far. So the odds are that the EK6900 and S2245 won't print with the existing S6145 backend code.

HiTi M610 appears to be a rebadged S2245. Or at least the exterior is completely identical.

backend now handles EK6900 jobs.

Current status: S2245 and EK6900 print jobs parsed. M610 is not. S2245 and M610 USB PIDs known, EK6900 is not. Printing is not currently expected to work on any model, due to differences in print command header from S6145. Status queries etc are unknown. Gutenprint can generate S2245 jobs, but not the EK6900 or HiTi M610.

Gutenprint can generate EK6900 jobs now. M610's jobs are still an unknown quantity.

Backend now can generate the S2245's print command. (Guess based on the EK6900) It is unlikely further progress can be made without access to documentation or one of these printers.

(More specifically, I don't know which header field is the "max C level" equivalent..)

Obtained a S2245. Turns out to be much more different to its predecessors than I'd expected. Most issues are now solved with respect to status/media/etc queries. The print command is not complete but a few more passes with a sniffer will make quick work of that. Unfortunately the image correction data is formatted differently from the S6145. This must be solved before printing is possible. Need to further research print command.

S2245 and EK6900 code in Gutenprint updated to include Quality settings.

The S2245 does NOT re-use the S6145 library. It uses a different one. Fortunately it appears to be considerably simpler.

windows-only S2245IP.DLL reimplemented as libS2245ImageReProcess.  Backend rejiggered to work with it.

Coding is complete; what remains is to test the lot.  I should probably hack together a test program that just wraps the libary..

S2245 fully functional!  More comprehensive testing is still needed.

Meanwhile, the EK6900 and M610 may or may not work.
