FS#556 - status queries and flow control

It would be really nice if we could figure out how to query the UP-DR200's printer status, media counts, flow control, etc etc.

Figured out how to check printer status and whatnot with the UP-D895/897 models, and based on sniffs that work carries over to the UP-DR series. I don't know how to query media type/count on the UP-DR series.

Status query tested on UP-CR10L, so we can detect busy/idle and error conditions. Do not know how to query media type/status, counters, firmware revision, and so forth.
