FS#545 - Figure out how to make the CP820/CP910/CP1000/CP1200 accept YMC data.
It would be *really* nice if we could figure out a way to ditch the component Y'CbCr output and use native YMC, but it's likely that only Canon ultimately knows if that's possible, and how.

Figured it out via a bit of brute force guesswork!
Set byte 23 of the header to 0x01 for *CMY* data, 0x00 for Y'CbCr data.
