FS#541 - Validate Mitsubishi CP-D90 support
It looks like it's an evolution of the D70 family, with one critical exception -- it appears as if the color/thermal compensation is performed in the printer instead of the driver!

Initial support added to gutenprint core.
No further work is possible until a tester pops up, and we can determine if a backend is needed. (It may be possible to support this printer using the D70 backend)
Added support for the LUT and sharpening parameters for the D90.
It's likely that backend work will be necessary
Other things learned -- it can combine print jobs (ie eliminating rewinding) if you submit two back-to-back. It also provides full cutter control, and can use nearly any media type for the CP-D70 family.
First round of sniffs obtained. It looks like writing a new backend will be simpler than trying to adapt the d70 backend. It's quite unlike the others.
Have sniffs for the panorama mode too, it looks like the driver generates separate 8x6" jobs and does magic.
Backend now is committed. Needs testing. Also don't know how to detect errors (or other status) yet.
