FS#535 - Write backend for Kodak 8810 and 7000/7010/7015

The 8810 is also known as a Shinko CHC-S1845-5A.

It appears closer to the S1245 mechanically, but S6245 programically.

The 7000/7010/7015 models are Shinko CHC-S1645-5A/5B/5C, respectively.

Probably not worth wasting any time on unless someone steps up with docs and hardware.

Reason for closing:  Implemented
Additional comments about closing:  Kodak 8810 is working now too. I'm closing this, as until a 7010 or 7015 user pops up, nothing more can be done.

The 8810 appears to be pretty close to the S6245; at least the print command is identical, so aside from the backend parsing the different spool format, it should JustWork(tm). At the end of the day, it's going to take someone willing to act as a guinea pig to make progress.

Gutenprint now has support for the 7000-series, which appears to be nearly identical to the Kodak 605 from a protocol perspective.

8810 may support multicut (x2 and x3), need to investigate.

I think I've figured out the VID/PIDs for the 7000, 701x, and 8810 models. 7000-series added to ek605 backend, but 8810 still needs a job parser written.

8810 and 7000-series added to 6245/605 backends, respectively. Confirmed status queries work, but had to leave to catch a flight. All known issues have been fixed, so as soon as more testing can be arranged, we should be able to close this out.

Kodak 7000 is confirmed working now! Gutenprint was generating incorrect spool data (wrong color data format) but it's fixed..
