FS#531 - Mitsu K60 and Kodak305 don't work properly
There's something funky with the backend.

Reason for closing: Fixed
Additional comments about closing: Turns out there's an extra bulk out endpoint, which works for all messages except for bulk data. Add a workaround to bind to the first endpoint pair instead of the last.

Many fixes have gone into the backend that may improve the situation on K60 family printers. No testers, unfortunately.
I found an as-is Kodak 305 printer on ebay for pretty cheap. It suppsoedly comes with some remaining media.
If it works, I can use it for testing and experimentation.
