Kodak305 is a rebadged MitsuK60, apparently, with only 4x6 and 8x6.
8810 is added to gutenprint now.
Kodak 7000 series is Shinko CHC-S1645-5A/5B/5C (presumably mapping to 7000/7010/7015)
The DL2100 is a PS or PCL-driven laser printer. No point in mucking with it here.
Kodak 8800 appears to be related to the 9810.
