FS#522 - Better status reporting

Need to detect media type, number of remaining prints, error conditions, and whatever else is possible given our lack of documentation of the printer internals.

(Maybe decompiling the driver would help?)

I think I've figured out the media detection command (and its response) though there are a couple fields that elude my current understanding.

I've made some headway into decoding what the 'status' message is all about too, though there's much more there that I don't know how to interpret yet.

Nothing stands out yet as a 'prints remaining' counter, unfortunately. All possibile counters seem to increment only.

Now that I have access to one of these printers (thanks, Livelink!) I can now make more progress decoding things.

There is no explicit 'remaining' counter, instead, we have a 'number of prints' counter that we have to interpolate based on the media type.

More of the status messages are decoded, things are more robust though there's lots I don't understand yet.
