FS#504 - Verify support for the Mitsubishi CP-D70x printers
I have initial backend code written, but no idea if it works.

Reason for closing: Implemented
Additional comments about closing: Backend works properly, and gutenprint generates correctly-formatted output. The color levels are wonky, but that's a separate problem.

It seems I'd forgotten to actually add the backend to the common core. Oops. I also fixed a couple of bugs.
Come on, I'd like to test this out!
A tester for the K60 has popped up, and that's found a ton of bugs in the D70x code too.
Received a report that the D70 works, but the color levels are all screwed up. May be an ICC or internal curve generation problem.
Two more K60 testers have popped up, still waiting on sniffs to determine what's wrong.
