FS#499 - Better error detection & handling
The remaining chunk of the patch set Ake Koomsin sent over considerably improves error detection, handling, and recovery from the CP-XXX handler. (The other models are TBD)
Wade through the patch set to make sure everything relevant is integrated.
(FWIW, this is a lot easier now that the backend is unified; it simplified the code quite a bit)

This has now been forced; the CP790 and ES40 use different error reporting mechanisms, and there's no way to tell the difference between them from a printjob perspective.
So, transition from the current "error_offset" crude system into a full per-printer "detect_error" function that will decode all known error cases and do the right thing.
rewrite of the error detection is now in. Still need to add code to recover from error states.
