FS#487 - Verify support for Kodak 605
The Kodak 605 is the successor of the 68x0 series. It uses a slightly different spool format.
If access to a '605 can be obtained, obtain a sniff and see about adding a backend.

A tester has popped up with one of these printers; it apparently needs a smart backend too.
They're trying to obtain some sniffs for me.
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 040a:402e Kodak Co.
Added to the USB-IDs database.
Initial backend committed. Awaiting testing.
Found an error in the original stream specification; this may obviate the need for a backend.
More bugfixes. Backend definitely required.
Confirmation of successful print with 4x6 prints, but it has some rough spots still.
Working on fixing those, but I've now added the backend to gutenprint. Marking this as closed.
